Rick Lab

As SUN’s Human Resources Director since 2015, Rick has over 35 years of Human Resources Management, supervision and personnel training.  Originally from Ohio and a 22 year Air Force veteran, he ended his military career in 1995 and settled in Myrtle Beach, SC with his family. Before working for Horry County Government from 2000 – 2015 as a Senior Human Resource Manager he was a co-owner of a HR Outsource company and a business consultant in Horry County. Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development and Management from Webster University.
